TRIATHLON TRAINING!

JULY 1: I ran 1.5 miles without stopping and then walked another 1.5 miles.
JULY 2:I ran 1 mile
JULY 3: I biked 2 miles
JULY 5: I biked 9 miles in the morning and I plan on biking 1 more today!
JULY 7: I did 60 push ups, 60 crunches and 60 supermans and ran 1.5 miles
JULY 9: I did 60 Squats, 60 lunges and 60 leg lifts and ran 2.0 miles
JULY 10:  I did 60 arm curls, 60 bench dips and 60 australian pull ups and I hiked 1 mile and rode my bike 2 miles.
JULY 11: I rode my bike 2 miles
JULY 13: I rode my bike 4 miles
JULY 15: I ran 1.5 miles and walked 1.5 miles
JULY 16: I rode my bike 2 miles
JULY 19: I did 60 push ups, 60 crunches and 60 supermans
JULY 21: I swam in the ocean for 4 hours
JULY 23: I swam 12 laps (36 laps = 1 mile)... almost a 1/2 mile!



August 3: I ran 1 mile, I biked 3 miles, I did 60 push ups, 60 supermans and 60 sit ups
August 4:  I ran 1 mile
August 6:  I did 60 austratlian pull ups, 60 squats, 60 lunges, 60 curls and 60 bench dips
